Sample: Material profile support for Nevot-Croce/Gaussian Roughness

The code used to generate a material profile does not respect the selection of the roughness models shown in https://www.bornagainproject.org/m/py/sample/roughness/profiles/. The generated profile will always correspond to a tanh interface.
