Remember last used folder while opening project and importing script to GUI

• Open project file: now starts with the directory, where the project was last time created (not saved). Tolerable, but would be more convenient to start with the last opened project directory.

• Import script: now always starts in some default directory. Very inconvenient for repetitive importing.
