Support reverse geometry (beam from below)

In many experiments, the enters through the substrate. The sample model would be more intuitive if we support this geometry directly, instead of requesting that the substrate be placed on top. This would require us to support negative incident angles. Some visualization of the experimental setup could help to prevent misunderstandings.
