end to end example in the template

can we have a simple ferromagnetic sampling example ( j = 1 ) for the template. this way we can demonstrate:

• the separation of generation, verification and benchmark scripts
• create a CI in the template that generates this

we can maybe have a juniqutils clean script in the juniqutils` package that can remove the problmes and reset it to a clean state after cloning the repo
