added merging of databases, added two scripts to get Compton densities from prepared /p/scratch/cjikp03 directories, ran on JURECA, not used for storing yet

no working yet, just placeholder

added timestamps to table for file modification time and time of storing in database. Time seems to be GMT.

test for accessing files seem to be OK
also remote connection could be established
not used to store actually density files yet
