hopsy.rhat, hopsy.ess should ignore fixed dimensions

Right now hopsy.rhat throws a warning, when diagnosing convergence for multi-dimensional samples, where some or all dimensions are fixed.

The expected behavior would be to ignore fixed dimensions in the convergence checks.
