Hosts can now have more than just a single runner

The same parameters can be used when setting up runners via ansible
Regardless if OpenStack is used or not.

For unknown reasons.

This file was used to indicate if a runner was registered.

With moving to a config-file on the system
and with unregistering all runners on that host,
the file is no longer needed.

This default-config is merged with specified config for each entry
in the specified config-list

This shall allow multiple configurations for a single host

to avoid fails because of execution-deadlines

Furthermore increased some compliance with yaml-standard

Otherwise, line-breaks in yaml were mis-interpreted

to xdist, that is still maintained

This strongly reduces duration of tests, as multiple cores are used.

With --workers auto all cores are used.
Only a single test per core is performed (no multithreading).
This could be changed with --tests-per-worker

Some tests threw error for data-generation. This was suppressed.

The test now includes lists, as this is already used in ansible-playbook

This now works for runners created automatically via openstack
and also for runners manually added to ansible

This closes #5

Currently this only works for the path with specified runners
Not for the path with runners created via OpenStack

Currently, the state-variable is not regarded,
i.e. state:absent does not work as expected

and corrected error in formatting

The configs do not need to be matched between the hosts, as this is 
explicitly specified.

Therefore, the configs are currently not read from the hosts.

As the user ubuntu may make trouble

Now it should pass the linter
